Stéphane joined Driven in October 2019 as President and Chief Executive Officer. He brings over 15 years of experience in the tech sector, leading consumer and SMB businesses, prior to which he served some of the largest mobile and Internet companies in the world as a consultant with Deloitte. In addition to having been a serial tech entrepreneur and angel investor, building technology-centric, data-driven companies, Stéphane also served as a senior executive with established brands, including Bell Canada and The Yellow Pages Group. At Driven, Stéphane builds on the company’s deep legacy in financing small businesses to develop and bring a wholistic fintech experience designed to empower SMBs across the country to achieve their full potential. Stéphane holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Université du Québec à Montréal as well as a Master of Sciences (Management Sciences) from the University of Waterloo.
Jeff joined Driven in 2018, and serves as Chief Financial Officer of the company. He is also the CFO of Driven's parent company, Purpose Financial. Jeff has experience in various sectors of the financial services industry, having previously served as CFO of MCAN Mortgage Corporation, and earlier in his career, CFO of CIBC World Markets. Jeff is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Schulich School of Business, York University.
Connie joined Driven in 2020 and oversees the company’s product department. Connie is an experienced product executive with a successful track record in financial services. She previously worked as AVP Product Revenue & Growth at TD and Head of Product at Ario. Connie holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Aerospace) from Carleton University.
Mario brings over 20 years of experience in technology companies, notably Monster.com, Workopolis, 2020 Technologies and Logibec Healthcare. In recent years he was the CEO of a VC-backed data modeling company and later advised a series of early stage VC -backed firms on commercial and operational strategies. Mario has held senior executive roles in the areas of operations, marketing, product management and sales on an international level.
Kim is the Chief People Officer of Purpose and oversees all talent management and organizational development initiatives and programs at Driven. She brings over 15 years of talent leadership experience in startups as well as mature organizations. Kim is passionate about building and fostering innovative, performance driven, diverse and caring company cultures.
Brian joined Driven in 2019 and serves as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. He is responsible for optimizing technological resources to grow the business. At BlackBerry, Brian architected and led the global BlackBerry Identity platform, supporting over 140 million users in 32 countries and 300 million secure API transactions a day.
